Some of our achievements

Project Description
Bird Park is a one-of-a-kind tourism destination located in Taif, Saudi Arabia, spanning over 6,000 square meters. It includes a bird sanctuary, floating restaurant, entertainment center, and a four-star hotel with panoramic lake views. The project is designed to attract over 10,000 visitors daily with a unique blend of leisure and nature experiences.

Project Strategy
Our strategy focused on integrating eco-tourism with high-end family entertainment to serve both local and regional markets. The business model was developed around maximizing footfall while ensuring sustainability and operational efficiency. Strategic partnerships and phased development were key to minimizing risk.

Project Challenge
One of the biggest challenges was designing a multi-purpose space that could operate year-round in varying weather conditions. Managing utilities like water, energy, and air conditioning efficiently for 10,000+ visitors daily was also critical. Regulatory compliance across multiple sectors (hospitality, entertainment, and food service) required close coordination.

Project Solution
We implemented modular construction to speed up execution and reduce environmental impact. A central utility hub was designed to optimize energy and water consumption, supported by renewable energy inputs. The park layout was engineered for smooth crowd flow and scalable expansions.

Project Result
Bird Park has become a flagship success story, drawing thousands of visitors per day and achieving profitability within its first operational season. The site is now a key tourist attraction in Taif, contributing to local employment and boosting the regional economy. It stands as a model for mixed-use, experience-driven development.
